June Update

We currently have 20 Scouts in our section

Numbers are consistent but we have seen a decline in the number of girls attending and currently only have three in the troop.

Activities are varied and all link into a badge of some type. Over the past year we have built towers out of spaghetti, made some edible meals whilst backwoods cooking, made fruit batteries and candles, paracorded everything and hiked.

We held a weekend camp based around the Expedition Challenge Award, which involved the Scouts planning and hiking a route to Milton Bryan, cooking their own meal on arrival and learning about the area they were camping in.

One Scout has also achieved their Chief Scout's award.
